3. What Is the Main Motor Power?

The standard main motor power of this machine is 55 kW.

A 55 kW motor does not normally operate at full rated power continuously. During actual cutting, the motor load changes according to the stone hardness, cutting depth, blade quantity and feeding speed.

For preliminary operating-cost calculations, an average motor load rate of approximately 75% can be used.

The estimated average power consumption of the main motor is:

55 kW × 75% = 41.25 kW

This means that the estimated main motor electricity consumption is approximately 41.25 kWh per operating hour.

4. Estimated Monthly Electricity Consumption and Cost

The following calculation is based on an electricity price of RMB 1 per kWh and 30 working days per month.

Please note that the figures above mainly estimate the electricity consumption of the 55 kW main motor. The complete machine also includes feeding, lifting, hydraulic, cooling and other auxiliary systems. Therefore, actual total electricity consumption may be slightly higher.

5. What Is the Maximum Stone Block Size?

The standard machine is equipped with:

  • Main bridge beam length: 7.5 meters
  • Side beam length: 3.7 meters

With this standard structural configuration, the maximum recommended stone block cutting size is approximately:

3800 × 2100 mm

Before confirming the machine configuration, customers should provide the maximum block length, width and height. This allows our technical team to confirm whether the standard model is suitable or whether a customized beam size is required.

6. What Is the Cutting Depth of a 2500 mm Saw Blade?

The cutting depth can be estimated using the following formula:

(Saw blade diameter − 300 mm) ÷ 2 = Maximum cutting depth

For a 2500 mm saw blade:

(2500 mm − 300 mm) ÷ 2 = 1100 mm

Therefore, the maximum cutting depth of a 2500 mm saw blade is approximately 1100 mm.

The reserved 300 mm mainly accounts for the spindle, flange, structural clearance and the part of the blade that cannot enter the stone block.

7. Can the Slab Thickness Be Adjusted?

Yes. The slab thickness can be adjusted by changing the spacing between the saw blades.

This allows the same machine to produce slabs of different thicknesses according to customer orders and market requirements.

When adjusting the blade spacing, the following factors should be considered:

  • Required finished slab thickness
