The hydraulic splitter takes advantage of the brittle nature of rock and concrete and is designed using the wedge principle - in the narrowest holes can release a great deal of splitting force outwards.
The hydraulic splitter is composed of two parts: the pump station and the splitter. When working, the high-pressure oil output by the pump station drives the cylinder, generates a huge thrust, drives the middle wedge in the wedge group to extend forward, and pushes the reverse wedge to both sides to split the divided object.
The specific implementation steps are as follows: First, drill a hole with a specific diameter and depth on the object to be split, insert the wedge group of the hydraulic splitting machine (a middle wedge and two reverse wedges) into the hole, the middle wedge moves forward between the two reverse wedges through the action of hydraulic pressure, releasing great energy from the inside out, and the object to be split in a few seconds according to the predetermined direction.
