1.The whole saw blade is a high-quality saw blade modulated by heat treatment and made of special steel. Due to the good overall rigidity, the blade body can be thinned by 2-3mm on the basis of the thickness of conventional mine saw blades.

2.Reasonable hollowing holes with splitting rules are set on conventional mine saw blades to expand the chip space of the saw blade and increase the chip maintenance function of the saw blade; increase the self-cooling function of the product, which is suitable for harsh cutting environments with little or no cooling; the hollowing holes release the stress generated during the cutting process and alleviate cutting deformation.
