Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Once your order is placed on www.shuinanmachinery.com, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders received on weekdays or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer various shipping methods depending on the destination and urgency of your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the items ordered, delivery location, and selected shipping method. You can view an estimate of these costs at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Available for most destinations. Delivery times vary based on location.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery options, subject to availability and additional fees.
  • Freight Shipping: Required for larger machinery and equipment. Rates will be quoted upon request.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Domestic orders typically take 7-14 business days, while international shipments may require 20-45 business days or more. Please note that customs clearance and other factors beyond our control can cause delays.

4. Tracking Information

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress. If you do not receive this information within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from ShuiNan Machinery before returning any item.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us immediately by sending an email to support@shuinanmachinery.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong item or defective merchandise). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please place a new order for the desired item. We will process the return of the original item separately.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Customized or specially ordered products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Hazardous materials.

Special Considerations for International Orders

International customers should be aware of potential import duties and taxes that may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
